Their customer service team has been very responsive to any issues I’ve had helped correct any problems in a timely fashion.  The DOGTV feature is awesome and some of the dogs really do watch it!  I was amazed.  The picture quality and sound are pretty good.  The quality depends largely on the wifi network and how much bandwidth space you have.  You will want to have the guards on the devices, as some of the dogs can get carried away when they see their parents.  The treat dispensers work well and the dogs mostly seem to enjoy the treats that come with the units.

Pet Training

Train pets with three easy steps!

  1. Place pet in suite with PetChatz.
  2. Lead pet to PetChatz and manually dispense 1-2 treats.
  3. Call pet, say hello using pet’s name, and dispense a treat.

*If desired, train pet to sit or lay down before giving treat.
