• We have had a lot of customer contact around the issue of video streaming. The good news is that this was caused by PetChatz use outgrowing our server support capability (well, we think growth is good news) and the better news is that we have enhanced our total streaming support capability by moving to a new cloud based platform.  From customer feedback and both internal as well as external testing, we seem to be ahead of the curve here.  Three cheers for the PetChatz Bark Squad!!!
  • In a recent test of “messaging” we looked at what caught people’s attention – and the feedback was very positive on learning how PetChatz can help with excessive barking while you are away (or excessive meowing from our feline companions). Both excessive barking and excessive meowing can be signs of pet anxiety – and our research shows we can help alleviate this.  With PetChatz’ sound and motion sensing technology, you can be alerted to the vocal musings of your best friend.  Also, with “Silent Mode” you can see what is going on without placing an actual call.  If “noise” is a challenge, the sensory immersive nature of the PetChatz system (scent, treat, two-way audio and video, tone) are all things that can help calm your pet.  With our upcoming release of PawCall we will introduce two new features – Game Mode (you can schedule “Game Time” to both engage and reward your pet for playing) and Call Mode where you pet can “click” PawCall and send you a text that they are ready to chat (you are the driver – you set PawCall to blink).
